These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Conboy LLC’s telecommunication services, including but not limited to VoIP broadband, IP PBX, mobile VOIP, Hosted PBX, and any related services provided by Conboy LLC (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

All content included in or made available through our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Conboy LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

In no event shall Conboy LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any:

  • Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content.
  • Personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our Services.
